Switch-backsDH has partnered with a local bike shop to offer you a variety of 8-10” DH bikes to hire at very reasonable rates. If you would like to hire, please contact us for further details.
Costs for DH bike hire for a week is only €290 or €55 per day. The shop can also provide fullface helmets and pads at a very small supplement if required.
Please note: The hire bikes are used regularly and will not be in showroom condition. They are well maintained, safe and in good working order but may have a war wounds in the way of scratches and missing paint. Sometimes tyres are not new but all will still have excellent grip. If they are not, they are replaced by the mechanic with a new one.
Customers are responsible for loss or any breakages due to crashing and will be charged RRP for a replacement part, the bike shop in charge of the bicycle accepts responsibility for anything else eg. blown fork/shock due to wear or cut tyres.
Disclaimer: Clients are responsible for their own safety whilst riding the bike hired to them. You should check your bike regularly to ensure it is in safe working order. We can advise you how to do this if necessary. We insist that a helmet is worn at all times and on the use of at least leg armour. Although every care is taken to ensure that the bike is in full working order, parts may malfunction at any time.
