SwitchbacksDH is for the aspiring to professional DHer who wants van-assist downhilling between the months of November to April. Our runs vary from hour long aggressive natural trails to several different DH specific courses combining drops, burms and technical rock gardens. (Example trails video)

Looking for a Winter Downhilling location?

When the runs of the Alps close due to rain and snow, SwitchbacksDH's chairlifts continue to run year round. If you have a 6" + travel bike and want to continue DHing under bright sunshine and enjoy a cold beer on the beach at the end of each day then come to SwitchbacksDH.

Southern Spain provides excellent off-season training and is only a short flight away to either Malaga or Granada airports (read the DH reviews).

With as much as 30,000m of downhilling every week all year long, why go anywhere else?

Long Weekends

SwitchbacksDH location close to Malaga provides van-assist DHing in the dark months of winter.

The normal stay is 3 or 4 days. Perfect for those who work, study or with family life to sort out. E.g. Arrive on a Thursday night and leave on the following Monday night.
